I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference.
The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure.
The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.
Hotel room was clean and modern.
Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha.
After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said "she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her". As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask?
On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was "Isn't it too late now that I ask her?" The look on her face was a look of annoyance.
I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day.
Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour.
If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well.
Love the interior design and the thought of each placement of fixtures used in the room. There's only one improvement that we could think of, the room is too dim as there's no white light available at all. Other than that there's no flaw at all. Love the stay. A few steps from the tram station is the biggest plus point.

In general everything is good. The mini bar is free which is great.
However I was unhappy when I arrived at the hotel but nobody at reception and no one answered call.
We spent minutes walking around the hotel trying to find some staff to help us. Finally the reception guy showed up, he was just watching the view outside the door without uniform and didn't notice us. (we thought he was visitor like us)
